July was a thrilling time for Valkyrie Visionaries! We hosted our second book tour, but first-ever TikTok tour! After working with our phenomenal tour hosts, we wanted to highlight some of the creative work that they made.

At Valkyrie Visionaries, we offer a variety of services for authors and/or publishers. One of those services is getting review copies of books into readers’ hands! Each week, we work on adding dedicated readers across a wide array of platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and blogs) into a database with their contact information and book preferences. This way, when an author or publisher comes to us to promote a book, we know exactly who would be most interested in reading it!
We offer two types of tours:
Spotlight/Basic Promotional
Readers will photograph/film the book with a quick shoutout and synopsis/provided details and can read and review, if they so choose, in their own time).
Creative Content/Full Promotional
Readers will read the book, photograph/film it, and include creative content/a review based on their experience!
For both tours, we select a group of reviewers for whatever platform an author/publisher desires more reach on and send over their email addresses/physical addresses to get books into our reviewers’ hands. Then they will post their content throughout the scheduled week to promote the book!
These book tours are a wonderful way to get upcoming releases into reviewers’ hands in advance to help boost preorder sales or reach a wider target audience, but are also great for already released books that are just in need of some newly generated buzz!
